I Knew My Story. I Had Never Quite Seen It Like That.

When I was invited to contribute a chapter to a forthcoming book, I never expected the experience to leave me feeling quite so emotional. Seeing my own story on the page gave me a completely different perspective on the experiences, challenges and achievements that have shaped my life. Sometimes we need to look at our own journey through fresh eyes to recognise just how far we have come.

Whilst Sarah is an expert in the Slimming World field, she did not steer me towards this but respected the journey I have had until this point whilst helping me reflect on what has worked and allowed me to come up with my own solutions in a way that aligns deeply with my needs and values.

One of the biggest things I took away was the importance of community and support.

I found myself becoming far more aware of the choices I was making throughout the day, something I already knew, but talking about it gave me that extra bit of accountability that I needed to make a more healthier choice.

nourishment, balance, mindset, and creating sustainable changes with compassion. I left the session feeling more empowered, more self-aware, and honestly kinder to myself.

It felt less like being told what to do, and more like being guided back towards understanding myself properly.

After a particularly difficult time at work, Sarah reached out to me and after some 121 coaching sessions she helped when my confidence was very low. Sarah is non judging and understanding and I would recommend her service.

Sarah has been wonderful in helping me see and feel which direction I would like to move towards in relation to understanding my eating patterns, behaviours, and the triggers that cause me to react in a way that doesn’t always give me the best choices for my health.
